When you submit a business listing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. You are solely responsible for the content of your listing. BizHub Limited reserves the right to remove any listing that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Listings must not contain fraudulent or misleading information, illegal products or services, adult content, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights. Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription period. Subscriptions are non-refundable after activation. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
BizHub Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any account or listing at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice.
BizHub Limited is a directory platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed businesses, or for any transactions between users and businesses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
